What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Of course you can cancel your order if you change your mind - you just need to let us know before we dispatch the order.
Once orders have been shipped, we can not cancel them unfortunately.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
Yes, as long as we haven't shipped it yet! If you need to change your address, please email : info@vintup.com with your order number and new address. If your order has already been dispatched and is on its way to the wrong address - please inform the shipping company directly. The parcel may be returned to us and we can arrange a new delivery if so.
Can I add or remove and item from my order?
We can make changes to an order as long as you let us know before we dispatch the order so we can make the change for you. Please email us with your order number to info@vintup.com and the change you would like to make!
